Many side effects!: Common side effects of the SSRI antidepressant Zoloft include diarrhea, dizziness, insomnia, drowsiness, dyspepsia, fatigue, loose stools, nausea, tremor, headache, paresthesia, anorexia, decreased libido, delayed ejaculation, diaphoresis & ejaculation failure. Abdominal pain, anxiety, agitation, pain, vomiting, malaise, convulsions, sudden loss of consciousness & racing heartbeat may also occur.
