Follow instructions: The best way to manage a seizure disorder is to follow your doctors instructions, including taking your medication regularly, following a reasonable diet, avoiding any triggers of your seizures such as alcohol, drug and any activity that has been associated with your seizures. You should get an appropriate amount of sleep, approximately 8 hours, avoid sleep deprivation.
