How would manage a seizure disorder on a daily basis?

See a neurologist:: After a first seizure, evaluation should focus on excluding an underlying neurologic or medical condition, assessing the relative risk of seizure recurrence and determining whether treatment is indicated. Successful management of patients with recurrent seizures begins with the establishment of an accurate diagnosis of epilepsy syndrome followed by treatment using an appropriate medication.

Follow instructions: The best way to manage a seizure disorder is to follow your doctors instructions, including taking your medication regularly, following a reasonable diet, avoiding any triggers of your seizures such as alcohol, drug and any activity that has been associated with your seizures. You should get an appropriate amount of sleep, approximately 8 hours, avoid sleep deprivation.
