Real Food: You can certainly eat non-fried vegetables and leafy greens, fruits, lean proteins, healthy fats, whole grain ; complex carbohydrates, etc. This is actually a real food diet -- in contrast to the processed foods you say cause you abdominal pain. You could also try a gluten-free food plan for several weeks and see how you feel. Dr. Fuhrman's plan is helpful too: http://www.Drfuhrman.Com/.

See a dietician...: ...For an individualized meal plan, but you've already identified what food groups to minimize--lactose, excessive fats, ; products that are highly processed. This leaves you fresh fruits/vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, fish, etc--in other words, a healthy diet! you may also be able to tolerate lactose with use of lactase supplements. Happy shopping!
