See your Doctor: Gassing for air before sleeping and asking up with CP seems to be a serious issue please see your pcp as soon as possible.

Hello, the back of my neck has been in constant pain when I'm not sleeping. It's usually on the left side and I also experience chest pain constantly, pressure on my head, dizziness, shortness of breathe, anxiety, and general discomfort.
Left side back of head pressure and left eye strain,sometimes left eye watery,mild head pressure while lying down,racing thoughts while sleeping,disturbed sleep,anxiety, are these symptoms of brain tumor?
I suffer from anxiety and when i try to fall asleep my left side of my body goes numb and my heart stops. Then my body jolts me awake.
When waking up from sleep feel shaky or jittery on inside of body! Goes away after I get up. Doesn't happen every day. Could it be from anxiety?
