Trazodone and sleep: Your doctor need to increase dose till you can sleep 7-8h/night. There is no one-dose-fit-all. Needs to combine it with another anti-anxiety which usually is also an anti depressant. Not exist OTC for anxiety as OTC only treat symptoms and gives false feeling of safety while disease rages on, being untreated. Always treat the root cause of problem. Adjust doses continuously at each visit till well
