I am suffering from sleep deprivation, i sleep less than 3 hours each night, it's starting to affect my daily performance. sometimes id feel my left side of the face go numb, and i have anxiety?

Get help.: Have you considered working with a psychologist to address your anxiety? Consider relaxation exercises, improved sleep hygiene & Cognitive behavioral therapy. Does your face go numb during panic attacks? If no, then see your PCM about that.
