It may: it may show up on colonoscopy, even if you feel ok. Colonoscopy is helpful but not a 100% diagnostic of Crohn's. Your symptoms, blood tests (IBD panel), imaging studies, biopsies from the colon / intestines are also needed

Yes in theory: In theory, if you truly have Crohn's disease and you happen to feel well on the day of the procedure, it will definitely show up on pathology. That is because Crohn's disease is CHRONIC inflammation. It can't disappear over night. Even if you are on the right treatment and are starting to feel better it takes weeks to months for all the inflammation to resolve. Good luck!
