What results?: Depends - what results are you looking for? If weight loss, probably but you may faint, damage your liver or kidneys, have an abnormal heart rhythm, be more irritable, or feel sick. It also is risky depending on your chronic illnesses. Fasting is beneficial but not starving for days to weeks - there's a big difference.
