Good afternoon i've been having a sharp pain on the right side just below my underarm, it feel it mostly as i breath. also lost my appetite, i barely feel like eating., i'd only eat when i'm starving. it's been a week now?

See your doctor: The location of the symptom makes me think there might be a painful axillary lymph node, which could explain the constitutional symptoms. See your doctor as soon as possible. An alternative might be a right sided pneumonia.
