Very likely: If you ride the bike for 30min daily at a level that elevates your heart rate and keep your eating stable, you should lose weight. This loss will increase if you cut,out foods that are not healthy without restriction. An increased time riding would also burn more calories. Healthy weight loss involves slowly changing habits and maintaining the changes. Losing should be from 1/2 to 2lbs weekly
