Many claims: The web is full of sites claiming that various "natural" combinations of vitamins and other supplements will help with adhd. Most have little to no research to back their claims, and it often can be difficult even to find out what the products actually contain. No infrequently, they have caffeine as a major component; it is a weak stimulant and may help. But much better research on other meds.

None: There are often many claims for "simple" cures for various conditions including add/adhd.Unfortunately there is no peer reviewed evidence that any of them are worth the expense. In fact there is research that they do not work. The known chemistry of add/adhd does not yet support the use of vitamin supplements.
