Very Few: Vitamins have benefits only in specific situations - folic acid in pregnancy, vit D for infants, vit B12 in pernicious anemia as examples. So, absent a specific condition, there isn't much use in taking vits (you literally pee most of them out). Even less data supports most supplements. Spend your $$ on a balanced diet rich in fruits, veggies and calcium (for young women) and get regular exercise.
