Not necessarily one: Best. If you really feel like you need to take a vitamin C supplement, as it will always be better to derive it from natural sources like fruits and vegetables, consider purchasing a supplement which is either USP or NSF certified. At least in these instances there is third party validation for the potency, purity, and limits of contamination.
