What do you advise if i was wondering what is more dangerous having high blood sugar without apperaring in urine or high blood sugar that appear in urine?

High blood sugar: is dangerous depending upon how high and for how long -- not whether it appears in the urine or not. Blood sugar can easily be 2 or even 3 times normal before appearing in the urine.
