See your doctor: High blood sugar and blood in urine are both serious issues and you should consult your doctor at the earliest for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

See Dr. for workup.: You could have a number of things going on here. High sugar in urine and blood point to a diabetes issue with renal impairment, while white cells mean a possible imfection. Red blood cells could indicate kidney issues. So the best course is to go to your doctor and get a complte work-up with more tests to see what is going on whether it is a kidney issue, infection, diabetes, or something else.
