It's possible: Hi. Odd question. It's possible to have a serum glucose over 200 with none in the urine, but the higher above 200 the serum glucose gets, the less likely none shows up in the urine. It has to do with the tubular threshold for glucose, which does show a bell-shaped curve distribution.
