What do you advise if i was told today i have severe cervical dysplasia. which treatment option is best, hysterectomy or leep?

Depends: Either would be appropriate treatment for severe cervical dysplasia. The best treatment is the one that you are most comfortable with. A LEEP can be curative, but the recurrence risk is 30% to 50%. The recurrence risk after a hysterectomy is less than 55.
