No income: Many dentists offer payment plans through care credit. The university of indiana dental school offers free and low cost dental care. There might also be low-cost dental clinics in a town near you.

Cost of Rx: Unfortunately Dental services come with a price. I would suggest calling your local Dental Society. They often sponsor low cost events. Try calling Social Services to be directed to a local dental clinic for reduced cost care. Dental Schools have clinic fees about 1/2 of usual fees in your area (the student's tuition subsidizes the care). Pain indicates infection requiring immediate treatment
