What to do if i might have gotten frostbite on the soles of my feet and soles of my toes.?

See a Podiatrist: If you have frostbite it is important to seek treatment right away. There are other types of cold injury that are less severe than frostbite, such as frostnip and chillblains, which can heal without treatment. But frostbite needs treatment and there is risk of tissue loss and infection if treatment is delayed.
