I think i may have frostbite on my feet they've been numb for two day especially my toes not noticing much discoloration but some swelling?

Wound care: Protect your toes and keep them warm and watch them for signs of tissue death or infection. Gently cleansing with a mild soap twice adam with gentle ambulatory and elevation while at rest are advised for 7-10 days while you monitor the status of tissue viability.
