Sometimes: Leukemia cancer treatment can kill many of the eggs in the woman's ovaries and the sperm in the man's testicles (worse the older the woman at chemo). Women should have ovarian reserve (egg quality) testing - amh, FSH and antral follicle count. These measurements should give you a good estimate of fertility. Don't wait because female fertility declines after treatment. See your doc, best wishes.
