Seek help!: For the anxiety, see your doctor, a therapist, psychologist, and/or psychiatrist to help you get it under control. Controlling/treating the anxiety should reduce your clenching tendencies. Also see your dentist for a TMJ (jaw joint) evaluation to see what effect it is having on those joints and your teeth. Consider having a "night guard" made to protect your joints and teeth from the clenching.
