Please tell me, are worn down teeth proof of severe depression and/or anxiety?

Not necessarily: Worn down teeth can result from a wide variety of problems -- anxiety and depression only one of them. Abusing substances like methamphetamine, or crystal meth, can also result in worn down or deteriorating teeth. A dentist can help you with tooth damage. If you also have anxiety, depression, and/or meth abuse, your doctor and also psychiatrists and psychologists can help you.

May be related: Teeth wear for many reasons. Grinding, acid reflux, bad bite, acidic diets, meth and other drug use are some of the causes. People who are depressed may grind more and have unhealthy diets so they could have more wear. See a psychologist to treat the depression and a dentist to tret the teeth.
