Ceftin (cefuroxime) belongs to cephalosporin antibiotic group. .Ceftin (cefuroxime) is used to treat many kinds of bacterial infections, including severe or life-threatening forms. If organsim sensitive should start to feel better in week. May take weeks to fully recuperate. Time depends on kind of organism and its suceptibility to antibiotic. Some people have allergies to antibiotics.
