Eye Consult.: YOu should see an eye doctor. It is probably not a brain tumor but that can be easily rulled out with a Brain CT.

May be ethmoid sinus: Most likely related to right ethmoid sinus and allergy. However should have physical exam by physician and possibly be referred for appropriate testing.
