Kidneys have slight decrease in size. right 8.1cm, left 8.9cm. no hydronephrosis or nephrolithiasis. what does this indicate? 38 yr female. ultrasound impression. age, or ckd, or kf?

Not much: Since kidney size is not an indicator of most kidney problems I would not be concerned. You may be dehydrated or more hydrated on certain days. The kidneys pass through a lot of fluids.
