Depends: If you work at it, maybe just a few weeks, if you just let it go it can take months. It is very dependent on the motivation of the patient...Or parent. Don't just wiggle wiggle the tooth. Firm constant pressure in one direction for about 5-10 sec then the other direction for 5-10 sec repeating this will make it come out much faster.
