Why: how did you change your diet? I suggest eating healthy choices, such as fresh fruits and vegetables. Make sure they are all cleaned well before eaten. Try to back track what you ate to see what made you feel sick. Include good sources of protein in your diet such as nuts, beans, whole grains and legumes. Well cooked meats, chicken, fish, and poultry are good proteins. Best of health to you
