If he is.....: ....Otherwise well, then he is well. Toddlers get diarrhea sometimes. If he is otherwise sick, it should be investigated.

Read on: If it is just soft stools no blood or mucous amd he is well, spmetes the teeth might be tracking down his gums not breaking thru, hei mightbe drooling alot or hand iin mouth alot , slow down on juices or sweet drinks only 4 to 6 oz a day keep a food diary and if it continues see your dr.
