Nap during the day!: Interestingly, studies show that it is hard to catch up on sleep later, like the weekend and for most people 5 hours of sleep is not enough to get sufficient rest and recharge the body and mind. So, the best alternative is nap during the day, especially when you feel sleepy. A 20 minute nap (even if you don't sleep) is equivalent to about an hour of sleep at night. Go nap to feel better!
