Good: 6-8 hours is a good enough time to sleep. as long as you do not feel tired. depend on the age,and work situation,it should be good enough. you can enhance the quality of your sleep by minimizing any stimulation,avoid caffeine,drink sleep time tea or any nerve relaxing herb non caffeinated tea.
