Needs an evaluation: More information is needed before giving a definitive answer. Has it always been that way? when did it start? what do you usually wear? It is one of two things. It could be a bone issue or it could be a short achilles tendon. If it is the latter, stretching, night splints are essential. There are other medical reasons for this as well. An appropriate evaluation is needed by a Podiatrist.
