4-8 weeks, 12 most: A repair is a repair, you cut and spice and heal. That is only part of the overall process. Therapy is mandatory to rehab the muscles and strengthen the repair. 1. Heat stretch and massage 2. Myofascial release with spray and stretch, acupuncture and trigger point needling. 3. Add in magnesium to allow the muscles to be more supple and soft.

These types of : Questions should always be directed to the surgeon who performed the surgery. Different surgeons have different post op protocols. Listening to others opinoins could jeopardize the outcome of the patient as we are not privy to the specifics of the surgery or the exact clinical presentation.
