See your dentist: If your wisdom tooth has not completely erupted into position at the age of 32 and you are having recurring problems with pain and irritation from the tissue over the tooth, your options are to have the tissue removed or the tooth removed. If the tooth cannot erupt into the mouth due to inadequate space or its position, removal of tissue will only be a temporary solution. Have the tooth removed.

Oral surgeon: See an oral surgeon. At your age, the only permanent solution to your problem is extraction of the tooth. Not enough room.
