See a dentist: Most people do not have enough room in their jaw size to accommodate wisdom teeth. That is why many have them removed. If the dentist determines that removal of your wisdom teeth will allow for gum line healing and improvement, then you should consider it.

Extraction: Your condition is termed pericoronitis (inflammation around the crown) and is best treated with antibiotic (usually amoxicillin) and then extract the wisdom teeth. This condition usually occurs in soft tissue partial impact 3rd molar. Other option would be brush the gum real well but that only cures the symptom of inflammation.

Wait.: Once they grow out of the gum area everything is going to, settle down. Yo uncoupled also go see the oral surgeon and have him extract the wisdom teeth at great expense and lots of pain.. It's your choice.

Rinse & see dentist: The most that you can do is rinse with some warm salt water (teaspoon of salt in glass of warm water) a few times a day. You should see your dentist to determine if there is enough room in your mouth for the wisdom teeth and if they are coming in straight or need to be removed. If that is the case, waiting will only prolong the discomfort.
