Sleep: Get bright sunlight and stay active. Avoid soporific conditions such as driving and drinking alcohol. If this persists see a sleep doctor to find out why you can't sleep at night.

Provigil/Nuvigil : I don't know the specifics as to why you got into this position. I am going to assume that you have a shiftwork sleep disorder and that you had to stay awake one night and then continue on working the next day. If this is the case then Provigil or Nuvigil are your best treatment options. Coffee does not cut it.
