That depends: If it is negatively impacting your quality of life - don't put it off. If it is so severe that it prevents you from full function - try to be seen asap. If it is minor - might what to try self- help first. Med eval may uncover underlying medical problems that need to be addressed. Cognitive behavioral therapy can be quite effective. Psych meds may be indicated. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours >.
