Im a 33 year old male, 65, 260 lbs. bp in the morning and night is around 125/72 but during midday at the doctors its much higher at 134/80. i wonder if it has to do with anxiety. which reading should i go off? mornings or doctor visits #s? ty?

Anxiety does drive the secretion of stress hormones like adrenalin that elevate blood pressure. There is a recognized pattern called "white coat hypertension" related to anxiety at doc visits. It would be reasonable to monitor your BP several times/d for a week or so to see your true pattern. That said, I don't think I would worry about an occasional 134/80.
