Bad Idea: If you cut your calories this low - it will put you into semi-starvation and your metabolic rate will drop. You will burn more muscle than fat. Over time - your will put weight back on quickly when you start eating more again.

Maybe none: You may not lose any weight. Your metabolism will probably go down as your body reacts to starvation. To maximize weight loss, ingest 1200-1500 calories divided through the day, and do some exercise.

3 lbs: If your normal caloric intake is 2000 cal / day and you decreased to 500 / day you would run a deficit of about 1500 cal / day. Since there are 3600 cal in a lb of fat you would lose about 10,500 / 3600 lb / wk = about 3 lbs.....
