No I can't: Iv sedation can be mild, like being drunk. Moderate, like black-out drunk. Or deep, where you are breathing but may need some help to do so. Virtually all people will not have memory of deep sedation. But we know your brain can still learn things under general anesthesia. So it is never a gaurantee.
