Highly Variable: Bartholin Gland cysts tend to come and go. Sometimes they get large and have to b drained. In rare cases surgery is needed to remove the entire gland. Try soaking the area in hotish water several times a day and see if that helps. If not, you need to see a gyn. Best wishes!
