A supposed bartholin's cyst (painful) returns 2 weeks after the first one appeared and lasted for 3 weeks. no possibility of visiting a doctor atm.

Drainage needed: This is not too uncommon, especially if it was lanced / drained in the office. Sounds like you need to have a "marsupialization" procedure. For now, soak in hot tub or warm compress and you might be able to get it to drain.
