Can you tell me how is an apical, radial pulse obtained?

Dr. Sergio Schabelman answered

Radial vs apical: Radial is taken by counting pulsation at the wrist (radial artery). Apical is taken by listening to the apex of the heart in the chest wall. It may be more accurate when extra beats are present.
