A member asked:

If i can't find radial pulse is it still as accurate to take pulse over chest?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sure: The heart rate is the heart rate no matter where you take it. In fact, taking it over the chest can sometimes be more accurate. However, it should be easy enough to find your radial pulse. Just place a finger on your thumbnail and follow your thumb down along the knuckles down to your wrist. It should be right there.
