Feel you wrist: Radial pulse is your heart rate felt in the radial artery -at the wrist on the thumb side. Count the number of beats in 15 seconds & multiply by 4.

With finger tip: Put finger tip over the palmer surface of the wrist over the thumb a palpable pulse should be felt. Count the numbers of beats in 60 seconds. That number is your pulse rate.
