Exercise w/heart dis: Exercise, including weight lifting, is helpful in heart disease to increase exercise tolerance. Your doctor will have assessed your exercise tolerance, probably with a stress test, and advised how much and how strenuous your exercise activity should be. Walking is excellent heart exercise activity Weight lifting within exercise tolerance is good as we;;/
