No: Over the counter asthma drugs - there is one particular "rescue inhaler" available without a prescription - are not cheap. Do not try to self-medicate but talk it over with your physician. Good Luck

It depends: It really depends on where you live (country) and what type of insurance you have. Also, it depends on the definition of 'cheap'.
