Labrum surgery: This sometimes is difficult to heal. Stretching exercises before any activity, especially hamstrings will help. I use a product called Liquid biocell collagen. This contains hyaluronic acid and collagen to help the ligaments and joints. It will raise your HA by 6000% and collagen by 600% within 28 days. (by several double blind studies). PRP therapy has also been know to be effective.
