Possibly: Here is a link of a depression screening tool: http://psychcentral.Com/depquiz.Htm. A physician or mental health professional can make a diagnosis of depression. If this is the case, there are certain forms of therapy and/or medication that can help. I would advise you to take the screening tool and discuss the results with your primary care doctor.

Maybe, Go get help.: Depression is common. People with a history of depression are at significantly higher risk for recurrence. The major symptoms of depression are two weeks or more of depressed mood and/or lack of desire. Other symptoms include sleep disturbance, appetite changes, poor concentration, and guilt. If you have these symptoms, seek help from your doctor, mental health provider, school counselor.

You may have: depression again. It would be wise to speak with a psychologist. If you can't get out of bed it makes sense to get help as soon as possible. You may want to have a physical as well to be sure there is not a medical issue causing fatigue.

Possible: Your goal is to find out 1) is there a medical condition causing you to feel this way; and 2) to develop or find a way to over come the problem long-term. Your Physician can help you screen for health concerns (thyroid or hormonal issues, etc.) | Seek a good counselor to help you identify social and personal causes for possible depression. | Important to address both..

DEPRESSION: Get an evaluation from a psychiatrist to help identify what depression means to you and whatever else may be bothering you. Consider recommendations for medication if any are given. Get a referral for a reputable psychotherapist to speak with. Meds and therapy combined are most optimal; no just one or the other.
