Possibly: I would need a photos to detemine the nature of the skin lesion. Sebaceous cyst formation is a possibility.

A Cyst or Not A Cyst: The skin may respond in many ways. For example, in response to friction an acute response may be a blister, whereas a chronic response may be a callous. Depending on the insult, one layer may respond and not another. Even the glands may respond differently. A cyst can form from a blocked pore of foreign body. Without the benefit of an exam, it's impossible to differentiate what you've felt.
